Giuliani Is Going All In To Bust Globalist Crooks

President Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani launched a new “Common Sense” podcast Friday at rudygiulianics.com to discuss information he has picked up in his world travels investigating the corruption of the Biden family and other globalist elites.

Giuliani’s timeline presents a clear breakdown of the double-dealing that occurred in Ukraine, which members of the Political Class clearly never thought would be exposed, let alone prosecuted. With President Donald Trump poised to win his Senate impeachment trial, Giuliani’s work can serve as the basis for a theoretical Republican offensive strategy, if Republicans have the courage to go for it.

It is important to remember that President Trump asked Zelensky to “do us a favor,” with “us” referring to the people of the United States of America who have grown tired of our political leaders selling us out.

Giuliani introduced the subject matter of his podcast during a Friday morning appearance on Fox and Friends.

“I can’t sit by and watch my country be sold out by Joe Biden,” Giuliani stated.

Previously…

Fox News host Laura Ingraham revealed exclusive details regarding the Obama administration’s knowledge of the brewing Biden family scandal, which centers on Hunter Biden’s past board membership on the gas company Burisma Holdings, and Joe Biden’s efforts to coerce the firing of a prosecutor hot on Burisma’s trail.

“We are going to report that [State Department official] Elizabeth Zentos attended a meeting at the White House on 1/19/2016 with Ukrainian prosecutors and embassy officials as well as … [redacted] from the NSC … the subjects discussed included efforts within the United State government to support prosecutions, in Ukraine and the United Kingdom, of Burisma Holdings, … and concerns that Hunter Biden’s position with the company could complicate such efforts,” wrote New York Times reporter Ken Vogel in an email discussed by Ingraham.

Meanwhile…

Rep. Adam Schiff, Democrat chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, is facing accusations that he either knowingly or accidentally falsified a summary of evidence that he sent to his Democrat colleague Jerry Nadler ahead of President Donald Trump’s active Senate impeachment trial.

Schiff is leading the campaign to remove President Trump from office for asking the president of Ukraine to help in his efforts investigating Joe Biden’s alleged corruption in Ukraine involving his son Hunter’s board membership on the gas company Burisma Holdings. Now, it seems clear that Schiff mixed up the identity of Ukraine president Zelensky and the owner of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky, when referring to Rudy Giuliani associate Lev Parnas’ efforts in the Biden investigation.

Politico reported:

The issue arose when Schiff (D-Calif.) sent a letter to House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) last week summarizing a trove of evidence from Lev Parnas, an indicted former associate of Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani. In one section of the letter, Schiff claims that Parnas “continued to try to arrange a meeting with President Zelensky,” citing a specific text message exchange where Parnas tells Giuliani: “trying to get us mr Z.” The remainder of the exchange — which was attached to Schiff’s letter — was redacted.

But an unredacted version of the exchange shows that several days later, Parnas sent Giuliani a word document that appears to show notes from an interview with Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Burisma, followed by a text message to Giuliani that states: “mr Z answers my brother.” That suggests Parnas was referring to Zlochevsky not Zelensky.

Politico passage ends

Republicans hope to show Schiff as a compromised figure in the Ukraine affair. Schiff was the beneficiary of a D.C. fundraiser thrown by arms dealer Igor Pasternak, who was born in the Soviet Union, did business in Ukraine, and has been integrally involved in Ukraine-US relations for years. Schiff thereafter became a major proponent of sending a package of U.S. taxpayer money to Ukraine for defense purposes.

Schiff has already garnered derision for presenting a false transcript of President Trump’s phone call with Zelensky in front of the House of Representatives, defending his actions by stating his presentation was a work of “parody.” Tags: Hunter BidenJoe BidenRudy Giuliani

Dershowitz: Dems picked ‘dangerous’ impeachment charges against Trump; pressure for Bolton testimony mounts

Dershowitz calls out House Dems in Trump’s Senate impeachment trial as pressure for Bolton testimony mounts
Harvard Law School Professor Alan Dershowitz, delivering a spirited constitutional defense of President Trump at his Senate impeachment trial Monday night, flatly turned toward House impeachment managers and declared they had picked “dangerous” and “wrong” charges against the president — noting that neither “abuse of power” nor “obstruction of Congress” was remotely close to an impeachable offense as the framers had intended.

In a dramatic moment, the liberal constitutional law scholar reiterated that although he voted for Hillary Clinton, he could not find constitutional justification for the impeachment of a president for non-criminal conduct, or conduct that was not at least “akin” to defined criminal conduct.Video

He said that “all future presidents who serve with opposing legislative majorities” now face the “realistic threat” of enduring “vague charges of abuse or obstruction,” and added that a “long list” of presidents have previously been accused of “abuse of power” in various contexts without being formally impeached.Video

Dershowitz’s presentation was arguably the high point of a series of arguments presented by Trump’s defense team against the articles of impeachment at his Senate trial Monday. Meanwhile, senators faced mounting pressure to summon John Bolton to testify at the trial, after an excerpt from the former national security adviser’s forthcoming book apparently leaked.

According to the manuscript, Trump told Bolton he had suspended aid to Ukraine in exchange for an investigation of the Bidens. The White House strongly denied the claim.Video

At least four Republicans suggested they could buck GOP leaders and form a bipartisan majority to force the issue. Republicans have held a 53-47 majority, and a mere majority vote would be required on the question of witnesses. Republican Sens. Mitt Romney of Utah and Susan Collins of Maine appear to be most persuaded by the need to call Bolton and hear from witnesses.

Fox News has been told that Trump’s defense team will wrap up on Tuesday within a few hours after the trial resumes at 1 p.m. ET. The next phase of the trial, involving 16 hours of written questions that the senators can submit to be answered by Democratic House managers and Trump’s lawyers, will not start until Wednesday. Then, there will be a vote on whether to hear more evidence or witnesses. Click here for more on our top story.

Video: Romney Tells Reporters ‘Increasingly Likely’ Other Republicans Will ‘Join Us’ to Vote for Bolton to Testify in Impeachment Trial

Sometimes I post articles like this to save for later when Patriots need a good laugh and the Rhinos and Dems can be reminded of how stupid they have always been….

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) told reporters Monday that other fellow Republicans are increasingly likely to support hearing testimony from former Trump national security adviser Ambassador John Bolton in President Trump’s impeachment trial in the Senate. A leak of alleged descriptions of Bolton’s book on his time at the Trump White House published Sunday by the New York Times accuses Trump of wanting to tie aid to Ukraine last year with investigations into the Democrats and the Bidens by Ukraine. Trump has denied the accusations made in the leak of the book.

It’s increasingly apparent that it would be important to hear from John Bolton. I of course will make a final decision on witnesses after we’ve heard from not only the prosecution but also the defense, but I think at this stage it’s pretty fair to say that John Bolton has relevant testimony.

I think it’s increasingly likely that other Republicans will join those of us who think we should hear from John Bolton.

“Those of us” are the Democrat House Managers and the 47 Democrat senators trying to drive President Trump from office by convicting and removing him by means of the Senate impeachment trial.

The trial resumes at 1 p.m. EST Monday with the President’s attorneys starting day two of their allotted three days to present his defense. Following their presentation there will be sixteen hours–likely over two days–of questioning by senators of the Managers and President’s team. Votes on witnesses and new evidence will then be taken up, including whether to hear testimony by Bolton.

Trump Is Right. Adam Schiff Has Not Paid For Damaging The Country With Years Of Lies

Schiff was not telling the truth when he kept dripping out lies to compliant reporters. Because he helped them accomplish their political goals against their nemesis Trump, however, they have not held him accountable.

Mollie Hemingway

By Mollie Hemingway January 27, 2020

When President Trump tweeted on Sunday that Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., was a “CORRUPT POLITICIAN” who “has not paid the price, yet, for what he has done to our Country!” the media and Democrats loudly protested, as they do, that this was a threat.

“Schiff ‘has not paid the price’ for impeachment, Trump says in what appears to be veiled threat,” said a Washington Post headline. “Schiff, Calling Trump ‘Wrathful and Vindictive,’ Sees Tweet as a Threat” The New York Times headlined. “Trump makes ‘threat’ against Rep. Adam Schiff,” was the New York Daily News headline. “Adam Schiff: Trump Saying I Should Pay a Price Is ‘Intended to Be’ a Threat,” headlined The Daily Beast. “Trump tweet was ‘threat’ against Adam Schiff, Democrats say,” went the story in USA Today.

What a ludicrous spin that Democrats and the media pushed in lockstep. When Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi said Republicans would “pay a price” for not acquiescing to her demands regarding a Senate impeachment trial, none of these reporters or outlets claimed she was threatening them.

What price, political or otherwise, has Schiff paid for falsely claiming for years that he had evidence that Trump was a traitor who had colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election? Schiff had hundreds of television, radio, and public appearances during the Russia collusion hoax, during which time he used his status as the ranking member on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence to lie to Americans about whether the Russia collusion story was true.

Day after day, week after week, month after month, he fed information to a compliant media about how this collusion was real. When Robert Mueller ended his expansive, multi-year investigation into the question, he didn’t find a single American who had colluded with Russia, not to mention a single Trump campaign affiliate, not to mention Trump. Schiff never apologized for his lies. Here’s an example of one of his false statements, lapped up by Chuck Todd.

The insane conspiracy theory that Trump won the 2016 election, not by appealing to voters, or running against a deeply troubled favorite of the elites, or by visiting Michigan and Wisconsin, but because he was part of a decades-long plot to work with Russia to steal the election deeply damaged the country. It harmed relations with other countries, it terrified qualified individuals away from serving in agencies, it polarized the country, it fed the delusions of emotionally troubled people.

And it was not true. Schiff was not telling the truth when he kept dripping out this theory to compliant reporters. Because he helped them accomplish their political goals against their nemesis Trump, however, they have not held him accountable.

What price did Adam Schiff pay for falsely telling the country that the process used to secure warrants to spy on Americans was beyond reproach? When committee chairman Rep. Devin Nunes tried to find out answers about how the Obama administration spied on the Trump campaign, Schiff fought him every step of the way.

When, against all odds, Nunes was able to put out a now completely vindicated report on abuses in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) processes used by the Department of Justice, Schiff, who had access to the same information, ran to the cameras to denounce Nunes and defend the process. The media ran story after story aping Schiff’s messaging against Nunes and praising and accepting whole Schiff’s response memo.

Now that the inspector general put out a report detailing 17 major flaws with how the DOJ went about securing warrants to spy on a Trump campaign affiliate, Schiff has not been held accountable for his lies.

What price did Schiff pay for lying to the media about whether he and his staff had worked with the whistleblower that was deployed to launch impeachment proceedings? When asked if they’d had any contact with him, he said they had not.

That turned out to be a lie. His staff had coordinated and even provided guidance to the whistleblower before he lodged his complaint. Members of his staff appear to have been quite close to him, in fact. He admitted he lied, but how has Schiff been held accountable for this?

What price did Schiff pay for misrepresenting evidence regarding Lev Parnas, someone he claims he must have testify before the Senate even though he also claims his case against Trump is airtight? Politico reported that he was misrepresenting evidence to make something seem more dramatic than it was. It was a barely noticed story. How has Schiff been held accountable for this?

Instead, the leftist hordes at CNN and MSNBC praised him sycophantically. And even the folks who like to present themselves as reporters also praise him.

Adam Schiff might be the most underestimated politician California has produced. Many in GOP dismiss him as bland/partisan. But the way he has handled impeachment will leave a mark on history, exceeding nearly all contemporaries.

— Greg Miller (@gregpmiller) January 23, 2020

Chances are incredibly high that Schiff personally lied to this national security reporter, who wrote a non-critical book on the Russia collusion conspiracy theory. Yet even he will not hold Schiff accountable.

Adam Schiff “lied about his relationship with the whistleblower. He lied about the transcript.” pic.twitter.com/iFjXyIiBPt

— The Federalist (@FDRLST) January 27, 2020

So no, media, noticing that Schiff has been rewarded for his lies instead of held accountable for them is not a threat. And to say it’s a threat only shows how the media are working far more as partisan activists than purveyors of news.
