I few final thoughts for the day and night:I go to rest tonight knowing that I will be served at 10 am with yet another frivolous lawsuit claiming that I was involved in a cryptocurrency scheme to defraud an allegedly innocent old woman. How many frivolous lawsuits have been filed against me since 2020???I am losing count. I know that in my 45 years of practicing law before 2020, I was NEVER sued for wrongdoing (other than in 3 divorce cases in which I had my fair share of mutual wrongdoing). My 4th divorce was amicably resolved with my wife of 25 years without a contentious lawsuit that would have only financially benefited the lawyers!!!There are no coincidences.
