“Irrefutable Proof Is Coming Soon – We Are NOT Done” Sidney Powell Forms SuperPAC, Addresses Recent Supreme Court Refusal To Address Lawsuit

Sidney Powell
As we reported, the federal Supreme Court denied any review of pending Pennsylvania cases regarding 2020 election fraud on Monday, despite mountains of data. They claim that the case is “moot” since the election is already over. However, they slow-walked America to its demise since November and the Georgia Supreme court refused to hear cases prior to elections claiming they were “speculative,” despite 270 pages of evidence.
Attorney Sidney Powell

So, there is no way to win because you aren’t allowed to even play. Whether you file the case before or after a (allegedly) fraudulent election, rogue justices refuse to hear the cases, of which there were several dzen related to the presidential election.

In reality, there is no constitutional justification for this latest SCOTUS refusal. The only possible reasons for refusal are that Supreme Court justices–including two appointed by Trump, are complicit in the insurrection against President Trump and America, or they are too lazy or incompetent to want to take on such a contentious case whose rulings will resonate around the globe and completely alter the trajectory of America.

But, all is not lost. There are patriots who are taking action. One of those consistent voices has been attorney Sidney Powell who has formed a SuperPAC to “amplify the voice” of true constitutional patriots around the country.
In a Telegram Post, Sidney Powell sent the following hopeful message to American patriots:

Trending: BREAKING: Justices Kavanaugh, Coney-Barrett and Roberts Join Liberal Supreme Court Justices Who REFUSED To Review PA Election Cases…Justice Thomas Asks: “One wonders what this Court waits for?”

Thank you all! There are still important live cases. Irrefutable proof is coming soon. Keep educating everyone about the facts. Today’s Supreme Court orders were disappointing but we are NOT done, and we will not let this fraud stand. #WeThePeople are supposed to run this country. Our new SuperPAC should be up tomorrow.

Or–better yet, be one of the patriots who is willing to take political action in your local communities. There are people like you all over the country who must unify and create pathways to success on local and state levels as Sidney Powell is doing on a national level.

Biden Regime Throws The Book At Capitol Protesters, Offers Molotov-Throwing BLM Lawyers Plea Deal

Though the Biden regime is hitting Capitol protesters with “conspiracy” charges and arresting people daily for merely stepping foot in the Capitol building, they’ve offered a plea deal to the two lawyers who torched a police van with a Molotov cocktail during a Black Lives Matter riot last year.

Though the terms of the plea deal haven’t been revealed, the pair were facing life in prison on charges of arson, conspiracy, use of destructive device, civil disorder, making or possessing a destructive device, and the use of explosives during a crime of violence.

From the New York Post, “Lawyers accused of torching NYPD car with Molotov cocktail offered plea deal”:

The two lawyers charged with torching an empty NYPD van during a Black Lives Matter protest in Brooklyn last summer were offered a plea deal by federal prosecutors earlier this month, according to new court documents.

The suspects, Urooj Rahman and Colinford Mattis, were offered the unspecified deal on Feb. 11, according to a court papers filed Saturday by Brooklyn federal prosecutors.

Specifics about the proposed deal were not clear — nor was whether they accepted.

I guess their attack is a non-issue because it happened at night!

Supreme Court Dismisses Slew of 2020 Presidential Election Lawsuits

This morning the Supreme Court threw out a series of remaining challenges to election processes and election results in several states left over from the recent presidential election cycle.

One of the lawsuits was brought by Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) who challenged President Joe Biden’s victory over former President Donald Trump. Kelly had asked the Supreme Court to consider his lawsuit which challenged mail-in voting policies in his home state of Pennsylvania.

Kelly argued that Act 77, the 2019 state statute that authorized universal, no-excuses mail-in voting, violated the Constitution.

The Supreme Court also denied a petition seeking review in Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Degraffenreid.

Another case dismissed was brought by lawyer L. Lin Wood against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, challenging results and policies in Georgia.

A case from Arizona, Ward v. Jackson, was also dismissed. That lawsuit challenged Biden’s victory at the polls in the state.

An appeal lodged by Trump against Wisconsin results was denied. The case was Trump v. Biden. Another Wisconsin-related appeal, King v. Whitmer, was dismissed.

This is a developing story. It will be updated.

35 Capitol Police Officers Under Investigation, 6 Suspended for Letting Protesters inside US Capitol — The Same Protesters Who Were Later Arrested for Entering US Capitol

Five Capitol Police officers were suspended and 35 more are under investigation after the officers opened the doors and gates and allowed Trump supporters, and other activists, inside the US Capitol on January 6th.

One video from that day shows Capitol Hill police opening a gate to allow hundreds of protesters inside the US Capitol.

Another video shows Capitol Police allowing protesters to walk right in the US Capitol.

There are several videos like this.

Later 250 Trump supporters and others were arrested for storming the US Capitol — after they were allowed inside.

FOX 5 DC reported:

A spokesperson for the U.S. Capitol Police has confirmed to FOX 5 that the Office of Professional Responsibility is investigating the actions of 35 police officers on Jan. 6, the day of the riot at the Capitol, and suspended six officers with pay.

The statement from the department reads.

“Our Office of Professional Responsibility is investigating the actions of 35 police officers from that day. We currently have suspended six of those officers with pay. Acting Chief Yogananda Pittman has directed that any member of her department whose behavior is not in keeping with the Department’s Rules of Conduct will face appropriate discipline.”

Viral videos of some Capitol Police officers raise questions about their actions during the riot.

Some officers are seen standing along a doorway almost motionless as people file into the Capitol.

At least two accused rioters have told the FBI a Capitol Police officer told them, “It’s your house now.”

Lawmakers have stated that one officer suspended took a selfie with someone and another was seen wearing a MAGA hat.

In a video, that officer wearing the hat asks two men if they can help him get through the crowd to help other officers inside the Capitol.

The officer hands one of the men his megaphone and says, “I’ll follow you.” The video was taken by Rico La Starza who says he was visiting D.C. and went to the Capitol and started filming when he saw what was happening…

…More than 250 people have been charged so far in connection with the riot, and investigators say they’re still looking potentially for hundreds more.

How often do you hear about persecuted Christians in China?

Not too often. Not even from many church pulpits. However, anti-Catholic persecution has increased: communist officials in China destroy crosses and churches, kidnap Catholic clergy and work to suppress the Faith.

What can we do?

Well — at the very least — you and I can send them a LOUD message of prayerful support and a CLEAR rejection of communism.

Please sign your prayerful support for the persecuted Catholic heroes in China today.

According to a 2020 Pew Research Center report: “The Chinese government restricts religion in a variety of ways,” including “prohibiting certain religious practices, raiding places of worship and detaining and torturing individuals.”

In Fujian province, Catholic clergy were told to “practice the fundamental values of socialism.”

Sadly, a secret Vatican-China agreement was signed in 2018. Although the terms of the agreement remain unknown, the results are public: The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is now appointing Catholic bishops. And the faithful underground Catholics were betrayed.

Yet despite the brutal oppression, Christianity is growing.

Even CNN is Calling Out Opportunist Nikki Haley for Trying to Play Both Sides

Source: Even CNN is Calling Out Opportunist Nikki Haley for Trying to Play Both Sides (VIDEO)

It isn’t just Trump supporters who are noticing and calling out Nikki Haley for trying to play both sides — now even CNN is calling her out.

The opportunist neoconservative has been transparently trying to play the part of both pro-Trump and anti-Trump to help her political ambitions.

In a segment on Wednesday, CNN’s Brianna Keilar went off on the governor for “having it all the ways since January 6.”

“She says having it both ways is the only way forward for the party when, in fact, she’s been having it all the ways since January 6,” Keilar said.

Nikki Haley claims the media is “responsible for the Grand Canyon-sized divide bisecting the GOP,” @brikeilarCNN says.

“The GOP is eating its own, casting out good people as it kowtows to conspiracy theorists … Haley is trying to have it both ways,” Keilar says. #RollTheTape pic.twitter.com/WNxXcaymfF
— CNN Newsroom (@CNNnewsroom) February 18, 2021

Keilar went on to trash the president and make ridiculous statements, but was correct that Haley has been trashing the president since January 6 — while still pretending to support him.

“I think he’s going to find himself further and further isolated,” Haley said after January 6. “I think his business is suffering at this point. I think he’s lost any sort of political viability he was going to have. I think he’s lost his social media, which meant the world to him. I mean, I think he’s lost the things that really could have kept him moving.”

“I don’t think he’s going to be in the picture,” she said, matter-of-factly. “I don’t think he can. He’s fallen so far.”

Haley reportedly reached out to former President Trump on Wednesday to request a sit-down at Mar-a-Lago — but he shot her down.

Politico also recently reported on Haley’s presidential ambitions and how she’s trying to have it both ways with Trump. They wrote that Haley’s “distaste” for Trump “is not secret,” adding, “But neither is her goal of becoming president. For the past five years, she has struck a delicate balance, and she had done so better than other members of her party. Her vicious criticisms of Trump never came back to bite her, nor did her public silence in the face of his manifest abuses. But the era of having it both ways is over.”

Haley’s presidential ambitions have been clear for some time, but supporters of President Trump have already been promoting a “Never Haley” movement on the right. It is clear that she represents the neoconservative GOP of the past, while voters prefer the America First vision of Trump.

And So It Goes: Biden Ushers In More Traitors To Tear Down The Fabric Of The American Nation: Ilhan Omar Hates America and Has a Bone To Pick #TERRORIST

Rep. Ilhan Omar gets a leadership seat within Foreign Affairs Committee

American Military Newsby Ryan Morgan

On Thursday, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), announced her new leadership role on a subcommittee of the House Foreign Affairs Committee that oversees global health and human rights issues and African foreign affairs.

Omar will serve as Vice-Chair of the subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, and Global Human Rights. The subcommittee has jurisdiction over disaster assistance, human rights and international health issues, and oversight for the American Red Cross, the Peace Corps, and regional lending institutions.

“Upholding basic human rights around the world is a core priority for me and the Fifth District of Minnesota,” Omar said in a statement. “When we prioritize endless war and conflict over protecting and investing in our communities here at home, we all suffer. As someone who represents a large African diaspora community and the first African-born immigrant to serve in Congress, I am particularly excited to play a leadership role in overseeing our international aid and foreign policy on the continent. Amidst a global pandemic that devastated people’s livelihoods everywhere, it is important to make sure that the most vulnerable in Minnesota and around the world are getting access to much-needed aid and medicine.”

Omar, who is a Somali-born U.S. immigrant, previously served on the Africa, Global Health, and Global Human Rights subcommittee during her first term. Minnesota’s Fifth District covers a large portion of Minneapolis, and the state’s Twin Cities area is home to the largest Somali community in the U.S., according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Omar’s rise to the subcommittee’s vice chair position comes as she has faced criticism for past remarks, including ones in reference to the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. In a 2019 speech at a fundraising event for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), Omar described the 9/11 terror attacks as “some people did something.” The 9/11 attacks resulted in the deaths of about 3,000 Americans.

Omar’s remarks at the CAIR fundraising event drew criticism from Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) and the son of a woman killed in the 9/11 terror attacks.

Later in 2019, Omar was blocked from entering Israel, a U.S. ally, over her “suspected provocations and promotion of BDS,” a reference to the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement.

Omar has also come under scrutiny for past tweets, including one in which she said, “Israel has hypnotized the world, may Allah awaken the people and help them see the evil doings of Israel.”

This year marks Omar’s second congressional term after being elected to Congress for the first time in 2018.

On her new committee position, Omar told the Star Tribune she’s particularly interested “in overseeing our international aid and foreign policy” in Africa.

“Amidst a global pandemic that has devastated people’s livelihoods everywhere, it is important to make sure that the most vulnerable in Minnesota and around the world are getting access to much-needed aid and medicine,” Omar added.
