Has America Sold The House?

I try not to pontificate too much on my website here, but today I felt it was important.

As is being noticed most Americans are not interested in what appears to be a war between the opposing parties of Democrats and Republicans. There is just one problem. It’s so much more than Americans can possibly imagine. In fact if you do not become clear today, right now, on what has been done in your name, there is a rude awakening coming down the pike that you’re going to need to reason.

We are living in epic times and most of the population in America are not aware of it because they are blatantly being lied to by corporate media oligarchs. Shameful yes but the remedy is on its way and Americans are either going to pull up their boot straps and take their rightful place as the self governed, or they are going to succumb to tyranny and say goodbye to the Republic. Yah, it’s that serious.

The only way Americans are going to be an informed citizenry is to pull our heads out of the sand, see the ludicrous actions taking place in our government that have nothing to do with helping Lawful Sovereign Americans. Except for one guy, the duly elected President of the United States Donald Trump, all hell is breaking loose in the legislative and judicial branches of our government. The Democrats continue their ploy to usurp the Presidential powers of the Executive Branch, while the Supreme Court, whose Constitutional purpose is for Judicial Review only, has seen fit to become politically bias starting with the Bush/Gore Presidential Election ultimately ruling a Bush win. That was not in their purview.

These usurpers are undermining due process in order to cause chaos so justice according to the United States Constitution will become null and void. They are trying to strip America of our ONE RULE OF LAW! If that happens we will lose the Republic, America and our freedoms. Do not underestimate their 154 year ploy nor how far they’ve achieved their goal.

Take heed Americans, the corruption, perversion and criminal acts are deeply embedded in our society and the majority of people are clueless it exists at all or they indeed do not have clarity on the matter. This sets a dangerous precedence for America.

This is OUR country, our government, and the people’s house has been sullied into a shameful abyss of lies and deceit – unless we fight back to save her. Trust and verify everything! That’s our job as rulers of our destiny. Question it all. Make sure you stay informed and see baloney for what it is. This is our legacy happening in real time!

This is specifically why I post people here who ARE in the know, actively fighting back and who you’ll never see on liberal television. But you will in the future because necessity is the mother of invention. Why do you think they call it American Excellence! Bring back American pride!

Mainstream media (MSM) is dead, there is a new and improved way to get your news such as this blog, which is more identifiable as perspective with articles of news happening around the world. Their are countless others. MSM offers a parallel world that is not real! Those who buy into it have become brainwashed into believing the lies and have lost all sense of discernment. They’ve become lazy and are fine being taken care of by a Deep State run government that you’re watching being exposed right now if you’re paying attention.

That’s right! Out of necessity our new and improved way of communicating to each other was given birth. As of late social media has become a “publishers” forum of censorship! They are continuing to suppress conservative voices, Trump supporters and even their precious lefties have been eaten by their own. It’s ugly and sometimes a work of art to get information out. That is the beauty of living in America where there are still true free thinking patriots who organically have came together and turned the left’s attacks on their proverbial ear.

We are succeeding in cutting through the noise because there are too many of us. We are the People in charge of our own destiny and we are taking charge of our House once more! Pitchforks Up America!

In fact you should go back as far as you can to perhaps get up to speed on things you never would have known. He has several shows via Periscope and You Tube. He is just one example of thousands right now where we get news and in his particular scope you get a tremendous amount of information going on behind the scenes before it becomes mainstream news. Patriots run in and out of our government and it’s agencies and they want this information to get out to us. James’ sources have not only been impeccable they are keeping us informed which helps to disseminate what the liars are telling us. So follow James R, he swears a lot and all I can say is get over it. This is how Americans speak, especially when their pushed into a corner. Stay involved. Find ways to tell your family, friends and neighbors. It is imperative that every single red blooded American get out and #VoteRed in 2020. That is the total sum of how we save the Republic in 2020. Simple, yes? Some of you may have to hold your nose doing it but that is the ONLY alternative at this juncture. Democrats are in lock step with their socialistic ideas of open borders; higher taxes; trillions of dollars in “universal” government run, bad health care; packing the courts with liberals, progressives and universities with communist professors; getting rid of the electorate. They never stop pushing their Socialistic Communist agenda.

That is why we must boot every single one of them OUT! And when we do, hold every elected official to account! Especially your own representatives. Call them, tell them what you like and what you don’t like. This rant thus far has been about Federal Law, which is different from States Laws so keep them separate in your brains. They work in concert with each other but function differently, creating the greatest nation on earth!

There are more battles ahead because the enemy has an enormous amount of power, money and time to try and level us to a third world country. We on the other hand have unity that is unstoppable if we truly come together! Powers’ through the ages have tried again and again to keep the masses “under control” by force and total fear. Yet humans have been resilient in using their voices to overcome these thieves of life, liberty and prosperity. America was once an example of the internal struggle to identify and stop slavery, regardless the world now has become a world wide network of slavery! Have we learned nothing? When did it get so complicated?

When life became too chaotic and good people did nothing to stop those with nefarious agendas.

The world can end slavery by stopping those who pursue it as well as remaining alert and responsible. Responsible in our personal lives and in our societal duties. If you see something, say something!

Do not let America, the last bastion of hope, fall! The 2020 Election is probably the most important election in our history! It could cost us all of our liberties that countless patriots fought and died to keep! Will Americans forsake their country? Will we lose the Republic and our American way of life? As one of the last standing Patriots who continue to fight, we know in the end it is the people’s choice. Hopefully it will be an informed citizenry. Elections do have consequences, now how about we work things in our favor for a change. We have much more serious issues to resolve.

For now the solution is: #VoteRed in the 2020 primary’s, as well as the general election and tell everyone you know! GET OUT THE RED VOTE! VOTE REPUBLICAN! VOTE RED!

In actuality these parties have not represented We The People for forty years, but voting for one party only on this go around will certainly send a message and guarantee at least four years of a bit more stability in America.

There will be voter fraud, expect it. But if we come out in numbers it will be a guaranteed win for the Republic. Lady Liberty is counting on all of us as one united front to put our enemy in their place! And God is watching.

Legal group finds hundreds of double voting cases, thousands of deceased voters on rolls in Palm Beach County

An election integrity watchdog has found 24,000 instances of irregularities among the voter rolls in Palm Beach County, Fla., according to a new report.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), a group that litigates to protect election integrity, discovered double voting by the same registrants, double registrants across state lines, deceased voters on rolls, and apparent noncitizens previously registered to vote in Palm Beach County following a three-month investigation involving office visits, records inspections, and voter roll audits.

The findings raise concerns in the swing state one year out from the 2020 elections. It was Florida’s election results that sent the 2000 presidential race between George W. Bush and Al Gore to the Supreme Court. Palm Beach County itself faced massive criticism as recently as the 2018 midterm elections when it could not finish three state-mandated recounts by imposed deadlines. The events led to the county’s supervisor of elections, Susan Bucher, being ousted from her position and the implementation of a $15 million voting overhaul.

“Concerns ranged from apparent clerical errors memorialized in voter records to evidence of dead and double voting,” PILF’s report states. “Seemingly unlawful claims of business and government addresses were also found used as residential ones. Some individuals (unwillingly or otherwise) even demonstrated an ability to register multiple times under the same name, address, and date of birth thanks to human or computer system errors between the county elections office and Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles personnel. Perhaps most alarming of all, apparent noncitizens were documented registering to vote in Palm Beach County—sometimes while admitting their immigration status on voter applications.”

The group ultimately discovered 225 instances of double voting by the same registrant in 2016 and/or 2018; 20,479 double registrations across state lines; 68 uses of nonresidential addresses as county residences; 2,203 deceased voters on the voter roll; 139 instances of records of deceased voters casting ballots; 413 names appearing more than once on the county’s voter roll; and 68 apparent noncitizens previously registered to vote for a total average length of seven years.

A spokesman for the election integrity group said that the county needs to act on its voter rolls and has plenty of time to do so.

“If state sponsors of cyber attacks are targeting voter rolls like our intelligence services warn, then we need to take the year before 2020 to identify and resolve particular vulnerabilities like documented in Palm Beach County,” Logan Churchwell, PILF’s communications director, told the Washington Free Beacon. “Most of these are systemic concerns—but some are human. None are insurmountable with the time we currently have. PILF has found these types of problems across the country—this is not just a Florida problem.”

“If you are dedicated to getting in the way of proper voter list maintenance by trying to scare the public about ‘purges,’ then you are part of the problem,” Churchwell said.

The findings were submitted to the county’s new supervisor of elections, Wendy S. Link, for a “line-by-line review to discern necessary list maintenance efforts according to federal and Florida statutes.”

Palm Beach County’s supervisor of elections did not respond to request for comment on PILF’s findings by press time.

Brennan’s Spy? New Theories Emerge About Trump-Ukraine Whistleblower

As Democrats seek to impeach President Trump over the “high crime” of asking Ukraine to investigate his political opponents, theories have emerged suggesting the whole thing is a ‘six ways from Sunday‘ operation by Intelligence Community holdovers and Establishment Democrats to remove a sitting President who started flying too close to the sun.

After Trump asked his Ukrainian counterpart on July 25 to investigate pro-Clinton Ukrainian meddling in the 2016 US election, and allegations of corruption against Joe Biden and his son Hunter, a CIA officer who worked with the ‘DNC meddler’ and Joe Biden filed a second-hand whistleblower complaint on a recently altered form (which previously allowed only first-hand information).

First, let’s take a deeper look at the whistleblower, reported by investigative reporter Paul Sperry to be Eric Ciaramella (EC) (via RedState’s Elizabeth Vaughn, emphasis ours):

He submitted a whistleblower complaint on August 12th.

He is a registered Democrat.

He is a CIA analyst who specializes in Russia and Ukraine. He ran the Ukraine desk at the National Security Council (NSC) in 2016.

He was detailed over to the NSC in the summer of 2015 and worked for then-National Security Adviser Susan Rice.

He worked for former Vice President Joe Biden when he served as the Obama administration’s “point man” for Ukraine. He may have flown over to Ukraine with Biden on Air Force Two.

He worked for former CIA Director John Brennan and appeared to have been a highly valued employee.

In June 2017, then-National Security Advisor H. R. McMaster appointed EC to be his personal aide.

EC did not have direct knowledge of the July 25th conversation between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. It is very possible he learned about the call from NSC Director for European Affairs Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who testified last week before Adam Schiff’s House Intelligence Committee.

EC contacted at least one of Schiff’s staff members prior to filing his complaint. Two of EC’s colleagues from the NSC were hired by Adam Schiff this year, one of whom, Sean Misko, was hired in August.

He was posted to the NSC in the White House’s West Wing in mid-2017 and “left amid concerns about negative leaks to the media. He has since returned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.”

EC worked with hyper-partisan Ukrainian-American lawyer and activist Alexandra Chalupa in 2016 to dig up dirt on Trump. (Chalupa’s name will become very familiar as this scandal unravels.) The pro-Hillary Chalupa, a former DNC contractor, has worked in the Clinton administration and has held various staff positions for Democratic lawmakers. Sperry wrote: “Documents confirm the DNC opposition researcher attended at least one White House meeting with Ciaramella in November 2015.  She visited the White House with a number of Ukrainian officials lobbying the Obama administration for aid for Ukraine.”

Sperry reported that “federal records show Biden’s office invited Ciaramella to an October 2016 state luncheon the vice president hosted for Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi. Other invited guests included Brennan, as well as then-FBI Director James Comey and then-National Intelligence Director James Clapper.  (Sperry: Several U.S. officials told RCI that the invitation that was extended to Ciaramella, a relatively low-level GS-13 federal employee, was unusual and signaled he was politically connected inside the Obama White House.) –RedState

And now he won’t testify, while another witness in the case, Alex Vindman (likely Ciaramella’s source), had to be reprimanded by his superior officer for “inappropriate and partisan behavior in the military.”

So, Trump starts asking about Biden and DNC election meddling with Ukraine, establishment loyalists flip out, and a CIA officer who worked with Biden and the ‘meddler’ (Alexandra Chalupa) files a whistleblower complaint which becomes the foundation of the current impeachment proceedings.

Now absorb this brief detour from Wall St. Journal columnist Holman W. Jenkins, Jr., who bluntly describes the fundamental flaw with the impeachment push; the Bidens appear to have engaged in something in Ukraine worth looking into – while Congressional Democrats and their MSM messengers destroyed their own credibility over Russiagate.

Mr. Biden can claim he was uninfluenced by his son’s employment. But his staff knew about the job. The Ukrainians knew. America’s European allies knew. The World Bank and International Monetary Fund knew. All knew that Burisma had to be pussyfooted around to avoid causing a scandal for Mr. Biden that might mess up the Obama administration’s ability to sustain support for the shaky regime.

This is what made Hunter Biden worth the money Burisma paid him to sit on its board between April 2014 and April 2019. And whatever the reason for firing prosecutor Viktor Shokin, it was decidedly not with the goal of making trouble for Burisma.

Which brings us to the Achilles’ heel of this impeachment if the goal is to bring along a broad public: Democrats’ and the media’s astonishing and studied obliviousness to the bonfire they made of their own credibility with the Russia hoax. Unless I miss my guess, even many Trump-skeptical voters have no interest in giving victory to so corrupt an opposition. –WSJ

And now, the theories:

Given Ciaramella’s rise within the Obama administration intelligence community, radio host Rush Limbaugh frames him as a spy:

“He’s lurking in there in the West Wing as an Obama holdover. He’s essentially a spy for John Brennan, and he’s there to do the dirty work of the deep state.” –Rush Limbaugh

Limbaugh cites journalist Sharyl Attkisson who wrote in response to Sperry’s ‘outing’ of Ciaramella, ” If the reporting is correct, it implies the “whistleblower” could have been worried Trump was getting close to uncovering Democrat links to Ukraine’s interference in US elections in 2016.”

And if Ciaramella was a deep-state spy in the West Wing, former FBI employees Peter Strzok and Lisa Page are potentially involved – as pieced together by Fox News contributor and former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino, who starts with an April 25 letter from Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) to Attorney General William Barr asking about cryptic text messages between Strzok and Page in which they discuss someone named “Charlie” who may be “the CI guy.”

Bongino posits that Strzok and Page may be talking about Ciaramella being a “Confidential Informant” (CI), or spy – and notes that Paul Sperry may have dropped a hint in the way he included a “pronunciation note” regarding the whistleblower’s name (pronounced char-a-MEL-ah) may have referred to “Charlie” in the Strzok/Page texts.

Finally, also discussed in Bongino’s podcast, is an invitation for a series of events sponsored by major Clinton Foundation donor ($25 million) and Ukrainian oligarch Victor Pinchuk in the spring of 2016. It looks to be an Ukrainian outreach type of event. Ukrainian member of parliament Olga Bielkova is scheduled to meet with none other than Eric Ciaramella. She hates Trump. (This can be viewed at 22:08 in the video.)

The emerging image of EC shows him to be a hyper-partisan Democrat, well-connected within the ranks of the deep state, who was possibly spying on the Trump White House for the FBI. As voters see the individual behind the whistleblower complaint which has triggered an impeachment inquiry, they will “have thoughts” about the Democrats.

Perhaps we’ll find out more about Ciaramella from John Durham, the prosecutor appointed by Barr to investigate the origins of the “Russiagate” counterintelligence operation against the Trump campaign. As Rush Limbaugh puts it, this is a race between impeachment and a Durham indictment.

North Carolina State Court Orders Redistricting That US Supreme Court Did Not

A North Carolina state court tossed the state’s 2020 congressional map after finding that Democratic Party voters would probably prevail in a lawsuit challenging the redrawn districts as examples of impermissible partisan gerrymandering.

It was unclear at press time if Republicans would appeal the ruling, which, if allowed to stand, could make it more difficult for the national GOP to take back control of the U.S. House of Representatives by making North Carolina congressional races more competitive.

The lawsuit was financed by the National Redistricting Foundation (NRF), a nonprofit founded by Obama-era U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, the only sitting cabinet member ever to have been held in contempt by a chamber of Congress. The NRF and its affiliated nonprofits are targeting electoral maps in battleground states in hopes of tilting the playing field in favor of Democrats in time for next year’s elections.

“For nearly a decade, Republicans have forced the people of North Carolina to vote in districts that were manipulated for their own partisan advantage,” Holder said in a statement after the ruling.

“Now—finally—the era of Republican gerrymandering in the state is coming to an end.”

Republican Phil Berger, the president pro tempore of the North Carolina Senate, criticized the court’s decision.

“With judges deciding behind closed doors how many Members of Congress from each party is acceptable, judicial elections have become the most consequential in America,” he said in a statement.

The state court ruling seems to fly in the face of federal jurisprudence, coming after the Supreme Court ruled against North Carolina Democrats on June 27, ruling 5–4 in Rucho v. Common Cause that their challenge in federal courts to their state’s congressional map raised nonjusticiable political questions. The high court held, in effect, that the privilege of redrawing state electoral maps was a fruit of electoral victory that courts should not abridge.

The majority opinion, written by Chief Justice John Roberts, left the North Carolina electoral map in place, which favors Republicans, as well as the Maryland electoral map, which favors Democrats. But Roberts left the door open for the states and Congress to address the issue of gerrymandering.

In the case at hand, cited as Harper v. Lewis, a three-judge panel of the Superior Court in Wake County issued a preliminary injunction Oct. 28 blocking preparations for elections from going forward using the state legislature-approved congressional map from 2016, beginning with primary elections that had been scheduled for March 3, 2020.

Judges Paul Ridgeway, Joseph Crosswhite, and Alma Hinton found unanimously that if the injunction were denied, “the people of our State will lose the opportunity to participate in congressional elections conducted freely and honestly to ascertain, fairly and truthfully, the will of the people.”

Claims such as those advanced by the plaintiffs “fall within the broad, default category of constitutional cases our courts are empowered and obliged to decide on the merits, and not within the narrow category of exceptional cases covered by the political question doctrine,” they stated.

“[Extreme] partisan gerrymandering—namely redistricting plans that entrench politicians in power, that evince a fundamental distrust of voters by serving the self-interest of political parties over the public good, and that dilute and devalue votes of some citizens compared to others—is contrary to the fundamental right of North Carolina citizens to have elections conducted freely and honestly to ascertain, fairly and truthfully, the will of the people.”

The court “respectfully” urged the North Carolina General Assembly to redraw the districts in “an expeditious process … that ensures full transparency and allows for bipartisan participation and consensus to create new congressional districts.”

The same panel of judges arrived at similar findings on Sept. 3 in a separate case cited as Common Cause v. Lewis that dealt with state electoral district lines from 2017 that were drawn by the General Assembly.

In a sprawling, 357-page opinion, the judges found that the political question doctrine that prevented the U.S. Supreme Court from tearing up allegedly gerrymandered electoral maps for entire states did not tie their hands in matters related to state-level elections.

The panel ruled that “[in] all but the most exceptional circumstances, North Carolina courts are duty-bound to say what the law of this State is and to adjudicate cases on the merits.”

The state courts’ “duty to decide constitutional cases applies with full force in the redistricting context.”

The maps drawn by state officials “do not permit voters to freely choose their representative, but rather representatives are choosing voters based upon sophisticated partisan sorting. It is not the free will of the people that is fairly ascertained through extreme partisan gerrymandering. Rather, it is the carefully crafted will of the map drawer that predominates.”

North Carolina Republicans grudgingly accepted that ruling, which Berger characterized as legally wrong.

“This case is the next step in Eric Holder’s drive to use judges to create a Democratic majority,” Berger said at the time.

“Thwarted at the U.S. Supreme Court, Holder has turned to state courts with Democratic majorities to, in his own words, ‘favorably position Democrats’ to game the redistricting process.”

Elections have consequences. The same goes for Republicans as it goes for Democrats. Our Founding Fathers envisioned divisive days like today. However, they did not envision that once the votes were counted and the American people had spoken, that a political party would refuse to accept the outcome of an election.

For nearly three years, House Democrats have been relentless in their quest to subvert the will of the American people by trying to invalidate the election of 2016 by any means necessary.

Undeterred by the failure of the Mueller report, the House Democrats have decided to further dispense with constitutional and legal procedures for impeachment. Their closed-door charade best illustrates their irrational hatred of President Donald Trump.

America is different from other nations in part because for almost 250 years, the hallmark of our judicial system has been to guarantee our citizens the right of due process.

So far, instead of following the procedures laid out by every Congress since America’s founding, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has decided her megaphone is more important than the rule the law. House Democrats have been interviewing witnesses in secret, operating behind closed doors, selectively leaking information to their allies in the mainstream news media, all with zero transparency and accountability to the American people.

These actions look more nakedly political by the day, while the president of the United States has had no opportunity to meaningfully participate or confront allegations through this flawed and abnormal process.

In 13 months, Americans will again have the opportunity to decide who they want to lead this country in our democratic elections. Americans, not Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff, will decide for themselves at the ballot box. That’s how our system works. It is not a system where you get a participation trophy or where everyone gets their way. In politics, like football, sore losers don’t get another bite at the apple.

State DOT Sparks Anger by Editing Teen’s Picture To Remove ‘Trump’ Shirt, Hat

In the 2016 election, President Donald Trump won Missouri easily.

But his supporters apparently still have to fight for respect from the state Department of Transportation.

According to a report from KSDK in St. Louis, the Missouri DOT was forced to apologize last week after cropping and editing a Facebook photo of a teenager who had won the right to press the detonation button on a bridge over the Mississippi River the state was tearing down.

Young Mitchell Lemons, 13, was wearing a Donald Trump T-shirt and sporting a “Trump 2020” cap in the original photo.

And for the officials at MoDOT, apparently, that was a bridge too far.

Here’s how Lemons was originally dressed for the occasion.

But here’s how his picture was presented Friday on the department’s website.

The second photo has wording that blocks the Trump insignia on Lemons’ shirt, which could be considered unfortunate but is at least understandable. What is inexcusable, though, is the deliberate editing in the second photo that has the word “Trump” blurred out.

That’s a trick right out of Orwell’s Ministry of Truth.

And viewers clearly weren’t happy.

The agency eventually relented, posting the original picture with an apology on Friday afternoon.

In a statement to KSDK, the department said it had cropped and edited the photo in response to complaints.

“Our response to feedback from the original post questioning whether MoDOT was campaigning led to an error in judgment in editing the photo,” the statement said. “We recognized and apologized for the error and reposted the original photo and Facebook post.”

In an editorial on the topic, the Kansas City Star faulted the DOT bureaucrats for the action, but almost comically claimed that one reason it was wrong was that it “fuels conservatives’ allegations that there are government bureaucrats working in the shadows to undermine the Trump agenda.”

Really?

Witnessing a state agency not only crop a “Trump” reference out of a photo, but actually use a photo editing tool to remove his name from a part that actually stayed in the frame could do more than “fuel” suspicions that maybe there are bureaucrats in government agencies who are working to undermine Trump in Missouri.

Some people might even call it proof.

You don’t have to be a Trump fan to know this kind of thing isn’t limited to one instance in Missouri.

In fact, there have been plenty of things that could have “fueled” conservative suspicions that government bureaucrats, various liberals and the mainstream media are trying to undermine Trump and his backers.

For Trump’s entire presidency, there have been countless reports from around the country of Trump supporters being denied service in public areas because of Trump gear, disciplined at school for Trump regalia or even physically attacked for their Trump-supporting clothing.

Does anyone doubt for a second that the controversy over the Jan. 19 confrontation in Washington between Catholic high school students from Kentucky and a Native American demonstrator became a national issue solely because the main student involved was wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat?

Trump won Missouri with more than 56 percent of the vote in 2016. It’s about time the “Show-Me State” showed Trump supporters some respect.

And it’s long past time the media and bureaucrats in Washington and the rest of the country did, too.

Ukraine’s president says ‘no blackmail’ in phone call with Trump

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says there was ‘no blackmail’ in his July phone call with President Trump.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told reporters Thursday his controversial July call with President Trump involved no bribe, blackmail or quid pro quo, as impeachment-minded Democrats claim.

Zelensky spoke at a daylong event with media inside a Kiev food market, and said he believes the transcript released by the White House is accurate and that he knew the U.S. had withheld $400 million in military aid due to concerns about corruption and concern for American “taxpayer money.” But the issue, he said, was never linked to Trump’s desire that Kiev rekindle an investigation into an energy company with ties to former Vice President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

“There was no blackmail,” Zelensky said. “They blocked this money and nobody asked us [for] anything,”

Trump responded to Zelensky’s comments Tuesday by tweeting: “The President of the Ukraine just stated again, in the strongest of language, that President Trump applied no pressure and did absolutely nothing wrong. He used the strongest language possible. That should end this Democrat Scam, but it won’t, because the Dems & Media are FIXED!”

He also continued to draw attention to Hunter Biden’s past business dealings, saying, “Where is Hunter Biden? He has disappeared while the Fake News protects his Crooked daddy!”

In his comments Thursday, Zelensky also told reporters his country will “happily” investigate whether Ukrainians interfered in the United States’ 2016 elections – a topic Trump also broached with him during his July phone call with the leader.

Zelenskiy said “we can’t say yes or no” as to whether there was any interference without an investigation.

A whistleblower’s claim that Trump implied in the July 25 phone call that restoration of the aid would be conditioned on Ukraine reopening a probe of Burisma Holdings and the Bidens’ involvement in the matter has prompted Democrats in the House to launch an impeachment inquiry. On Tuesday, Fox News contributor John Solomon reported that the Ukrainian government had already ordered a reopening of the probe of Burisma Holdings months before the two presidents spoke by phone.

The military aid was later released to Ukraine, and President Trump has denied the whistleblower’s claims. The White House has also refused to cooperate with what it claims is an unconstitutional impeachment effort by House Democrats.

The White House sent an eight-page letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., on Tuesday that read: “President Trump and his administration reject your baseless, unconstitutional efforts to overturn the democratic process. Your unprecedented actions have left the president with no choice.

“In order to fulfill his duties to the American people, the Constitution, the Executive Branch, and all future occupants of the Office of the Presidency, President Trump and his administration cannot participate in your partisan and unconstitutional inquiry under these circumstances.”

Zelensky, a 41-year-old actor, comedian and screenwriter elected in May, has sought to reverse his country’s image as a hotbed of corruption. He told reporters Thursday that the main purpose of his conversation with Trump was to set up a meeting with the American president and show reform measures were in place in Ukraine.

“We just wanted to establish relations,” he said, adding at one point, “the story with Burisma has nothing to do with weapons.”

Trump and other Biden critics question how Hunter Biden, who reportedly knew little about the energy business and the country, ended up on Burisma’s board while his father was vice president and spearheaded Ukraine relations under President Barack Obama. The elder Biden was later recorded bragging about how he pressured Ukraine to oust a prosecutor who had been looking into the company’s founder, though Biden allies say this intervention was driven by corruption concerns.

It is unclear how much money Hunter Biden made while serving on the board of the firm, but reports have estimated he made up to $1 million per year.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said Saturday that pursuing an impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump is worth House Democrats losing a majority.

Appearing at the Texas Tribune’s Tribune Fest, Pelosi stated it’s more important for Congress to uphold its duty of holding the president accountable than maintaining power over the lower chamber.

“It doesn’t matter,” Pelosi replied when asked by Tribune CEO Evan Smith if she harbors any “anxiety” over the Democrats’ ability to keep the House if their impeachment inquiry goes awry.

“Our first responsibility is to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” said the speaker.

“People say you have to take a political risk doing that,” she went on. “That doesn’t matter. Because we cannot have a president of the United States undermining his oath of office, his loyalty to his oath of office, undermining our national security, and undermining the integrity of our elections.”

Pelosi’s comments come after the speaker announced an impeachment inquiry this week against President Donald Trump over a telephone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in which the pair discussed U.S. military aid and the business dealings of Hunter Biden, the son of former Vice President and 2020 White House contender Joe Biden. The July 25th conversation was the subject of so-called “whistleblower” complaint, which according to its author, a CIA officer, is comprised entirely of second-hand knowledge of the call. Additionally, the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel’s (OLC) affirmed that the Deep Stater has a bias in favor of a political rival of President Trump. Further, CBS News and Fox News report that the complaint includes inaccuracies, including the false claim charging that Ulrich Brechbuhl, the Counselor to the U.S. State Department, was on the call.

Notwithstanding, in a nod to transparency, the White House released the Trump-Zelensky call transcript on Wednesday. The complaint was published by the House Intelligence Committee the following day.

President Trump lambasted critics of the call in a pair of tweets Saturday, writing: “The Whistleblower’s complaint is completely different and at odds from my actual conversation with the new President of Ukraine. The so-called “Whistleblower” knew practically NOTHING in that those ridiculous charges were far more dramatic & wrong, just like Liddle’ Adam Schiff.”

“The conversation with the new and very good Ukraine President, who told the Fake News, at the United Nations, that HE WAS NOT PRESSURED BY ME IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM, should by and of itself bring an end to the new and most recent Witch Hunt. Others ended in ashes!” the president added.

Intel Community Secretly Gutted Requirement Of First-Hand Whistleblower Knowledge

Between May 2018 and August 2019, the intelligence community secretly eliminated a requirement that whistleblowers provide direct, first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoings. This raises questions about the intelligence community’s behavior regarding the August submission of a whistleblower complaint against President Donald Trump. The new complaint document no longer requires potential whistleblowers who wish to have their concerns expedited to Congress to have direct, first-hand knowledge of the alleged wrongdoing that they are reporting.

The brand new version of the whistleblower complaint form, which was not made public until after the transcript of Trump’s July 25 phone call with the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky and the complaint addressed to Congress were made public, eliminates the first-hand knowledge requirement and allows employees to file whistleblower complaints even if they have zero direct knowledge of underlying evidence and only “heard about [wrongdoing] from others.”

The internal properties of the newly revised “Disclosure of Urgent Concern” form, which the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG) requires to be submitted under the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA), show that the document was uploaded on September 24, 2019, at 4:25 p.m., just days before the anti-Trump complaint was declassified and released to the public. The markings on the document state that it was revised in August 2019, but no specific date of revision is disclosed.

The complaint alleges that President Donald Trump broke the law during a phone call with the Ukrainian president. In his complaint, which was dated August 12, 2019, the complainant acknowledged he was “not a direct witness” to the wrongdoing he claims Trump committed.

A previous version of the whistleblower complaint document, which the ICIG and DNI until recently provided to potential whistleblowers, declared that any complaint must contain only first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoing and that complaints that provide only hearsay, rumor, or gossip would be rejected.

“The [Intelligence Community Inspector General] cannot transmit information via the ICPWA based on an employee’s second-hand knowledge of wrongdoing,” the previous form stated under the bolded heading “FIRST-HAND INFORMATION REQUIRED.” “This includes information received from another person, such as when an employee informs you that he/she witnessed some type of wrongdoing.”

“If you think that wrongdoing took place, but can provide nothing more than second-hand or unsubstantiated assertions, [the Intelligence Community Inspector General] will not be able to process the complaint or information for submission as an ICWPA,” the form concluded.

The Ukraine call complaint against Trump is riddled not with evidence directly witnessed by the complainant, but with repeated references to what anonymous officials allegedly told the complainant: “I have received information from multiple U.S. Government officials,” “officials have informed me,” “officials with direct knowledge of the call informed me,” “the White House officials who told me this information,” “I was told by White House officials,” “the officials I spoke with,” “I was told that a State Department official,” “I learned from multiple U.S. officials,” “One White House official described this act,” “Based on multiple readouts of these meetings recounted to me,” “I also learned from multiple U.S. officials,” “The U.S. officials characterized this meeting,” “multiple U.S. officials told me,” “I learned from U.S. officials,” “I also learned from a U.S. official,” “several U.S. officials told me,” “I heard from multiple U.S. officials,” and “multiple U.S. officials told me.”

The repeated references to information the so-called whistleblower never witnessed clearly run afoul of the original ICIG requirements for “urgent concern” submissions. The change to the “urgent concern” submission form was first highlighted on Twitter by researcher Stephen McIntyre.

The complainant also cites publicly available news articles as proof of many of the allegations.

“I was not a direct witness to most of the events” characterized in the document, the complainant confessed on the first page of his August 12 letter, which was addressed to Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.), the respective chairmen of the House and Senate intelligence committees. Hearsay is generally inadmissible as evidence in U.S. federal and state courts since it violates the constitutional requirement that the accused be given the opportunity to question his accusers.

The anti-Trump complaint also made several false claims that have been directly refuted and debunked. While the complaint alleged that Trump demanded that Ukraine physically return multiple servers potentially related to ongoing investigations of foreign interference in the 2016 elections, the transcript of the call between Trump and Zelensky shows that such a request was never made.

The complainant also falsely alleged that Trump told Zelensky that he should keep the current prosecutor general at the time, Yuriy Lutsenko, in his current position in the country. The transcript showed that exchange also did not happen.

Additionally, the complaint falsely alleged that T. Ulrich Brechbuhl, a U.S. State Department official, was a party to the phone call between Trump and Zelensky.

“I was told that a State Department official, Mr. T. Ulrich Brechbuhl, also listened in on the call,” the complaint alleged. Shortly after the complaint was released, CBS News reported that Brechbuhl was not on the phone call.

In a legal opinion that was released to the public along with the phone call transcript, the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) determined that the complainant’s submission was statutorily deficient and therefore was not required to be submitted to Congress. The White House nonetheless declassified and released the document to Congress late Wednesday evening.

“The complaint does not arise in connection with the operation of any U.S. government intelligence activity, and the alleged misconduct does not involve any member of the intelligence community,” the September 3 OLC opinion noted. “Rather, the complaint arises out of a confidential diplomatic communication between the President and a foreign leader that the intelligence-community complainant received secondhand.”

“The question is whether such a complaint falls within the statutory definition of “urgent concern” that the law requires the DNI to forward to the intelligence committees,” the OLC opinion continued. “We conclude that it does not.”

It is not known precisely when the August 2019 revision to the whistleblower complaint form was approved, nor is it known which, if any, version of the Disclosure of Urgent Concern form the complainant completed prior to addressing his complaint to Congress.

Reached by phone on Friday afternoon, a Director of National Intelligence official refused to comment on any questions about the secret revision to the whistleblower form, including when it was revised to eliminate the requirement of first-hand knowledge and for what reason.

Dear Mr. Trump, You’d Better Move Now

There are many reasons why continued delays are not in the public interest.  
First, the closer to the elections, the harder it is for you to make sense of it all for people. Many Americans are still asleep.   They may make the mistake of thinking that you and the Generals are at fault, especially given the ownership of the media conglomerates purporting to provide us with so-called news.  Instead of thanking you, they may react in fear and think that some kind of illegal takeover is happening. 
Yes, I know that is entirely ironic, but the point is that you have to have time to explain it and clear the air BEFORE the election cycle kicks in, in earnest. 
The alternatives — to shut down the elections or convert the nature of the elections back to being public elections — would have mammoth repercussions of their own.   If you shut down the corporate elections, you have foreign governments howling and causing trouble and accusing you of a military take over.  If you convert the elections without sufficient public education and time for people to declare their proper political status, you have a flawed election process. 
This is far from ideal timing in any respect, but continuing the status quo and leaving the rats in place and in power isn’t an answer, either. 
The longer this investigation process goes on, the more time they have to stage False Flags and kill people for the sake of their agendas.  These are, after all, criminals that we are dealing with.  They do what criminals do.  Giving the investigators time also means giving the criminals time to commit more atrocities.  
Any vain hopes of carrying these investigations out to capture all the vermin involved are doomed from the start.  These evils took decades to develop and ultimately involve over two million people in the US alone;  no matter how much effort is applied, correction will not happen overnight.  The web will continue to expand and corrective action will take continued long term effort.  The most you can do is make a good start, focus public attention on the problem, and garner support sufficient to keep the effort rolling.  
Whatever firestorm of media malignancy your opponents can come up with, the facts will speak for themselves and putting the perpetrators in jail will make it considerably harder for them to cover up the facts and orchestrate distractions.  Round them up and let it all flow downhill.  
Dealing with the criminals will encourage not only your supporters– it will encourage the whole world and bolster the economy, once the initial shock and uncertainty is set aside.  Put the rats in jail.  Show us that nobody is above the law.  Make the words have meaning again.  
The media has been under gag orders since the First World War and is even now having every story vetted by subcontractors of the Defense Department  and the British Reuters News Services and Associated Press.  This presents a monolithic threat both to our political process and the Freedom of Speech.  This has gone hand in hand with consolidation of media conglomerates.  You would be doing us all a favor to set aside the DOD/CIA censorship machinery and bust up the media monopolies, just like Reagan busted Ma Bell.  It’s time. 
It’s also time to expose the names and addresses of the people running these specious corporations like the “UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT” and “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and the “GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES”.  Don’t take the heat for them any longer.  
Let the people know what has been going on and the people will take care of the problem.  Guaranteed.

Civil War: How do civil wars happen?

Two or more sides disagree on who runs the country. And they can’t
settle the question through elections because they don’t even agree
that elections are how you decide who’s in charge. That’s the basic
issue here. Who decides who runs the country?
When you hate each other but accept the election results, you have a country.
When you stop accepting election results, you have a countdown to a civil war.

The Mueller investigation is about removing President Trump from
office and overturning the results of an election. We all know that.
But it’s not the first time they’ve done this. The first time a
Republican president was elected this century, they said he didn’t
really win. The Supreme Court gave him the election. There’s a pattern
here.

What do sure odds of the Democrats rejecting the next Republican
president really mean? It means they don’t accept the results of any
election that they don’t win. It means they don’t believe that
transfers of power in this country are determined by elections. That’s
a civil war.

There’s no shooting. At least not unless you count the attempt to kill
a bunch of Republicans at a charity baseball game practice. But the
Democrats have rejected our system of government.

This isn’t dissent. It’s not disagreement. You can hate the other
party. You can think they’re the worst thing that ever happened to the
country. But then you work harder to win the next election. When you
consistently reject the results of elections that you don’t win, what
you want is a dictatorship.

Your very own dictatorship.

The only legitimate exercise of power in this country, according to
Democrats, is its own. Whenever Republicans exercise power, it’s
inherently illegitimate. The Democrats lost Congress. They lost the
White House. So what did they do? They began trying to run the country through Federal judges and bureaucrats. Every time that a Federal judge issues an order saying that the President of the United States can’t scratch his own back without his say so, that’s the civil war.

Our system of government is based on the constitution, but that’s not
the system that runs this country. The Democrat’s system is that any
part of government that it runs gets total and unlimited power over
the country.

If the Democrats are in the White House, then the president can do
anything. And I mean anything.
He can have his own amnesty for illegal aliens.
He can fine you for not having health insurance. He can use
the IRS as his own police force and imprison citizens who speak
against him. He can provide guns and money (Fast and Furious) (Iran
nuclear deal) to other countries to support his own agenda, and watch
while one of America’s Ambassador’s is dragged through the streets and murdered doing nothing to aid our citizens. His power is unlimited. He’s a dictator.

But when Republicans get into the White House, suddenly the President can’t do anything.
He isn’t even allowed to undo the illegal alien
amnesty that his predecessor illegally invented. A Democrat in the
White House has ‘discretion’ to completely decide every aspect of
immigration policy. A Republican doesn’t even have the ‘discretion’ to
reverse him. That’s how the game is played That’s how our country is
run. Sad but true, although the left hasn’t yet won that particular
fight.

When a Democrat is in the White House, states aren’t even allowed to
enforce immigration law. But when a Republican is in the White House,
states can create their own immigration laws. Under Obama, a state
wasn’t allowed to go to the bathroom without asking permission. But
under Trump, Jerry Brown can go around saying that California is an
independent republic and sign treaties with other countries. The
Constitution has something to say about that.

Whether it’s Federal or State, Executive, Legislative or Judiciary,
the left moves power around to run the country. If it controls an
institution, then that institution is suddenly the supreme power in
the land. This is what I call a moving dictatorship.

Donald Trump has caused the Shadow Government to come out of hiding:
Professional government is a guild. Like medieval guilds. You can’t
serve in if you’re not a member. If you haven’t been indoctrinated
into its arcane rituals. If you aren’t in the club. And Trump isn’t in
the club. He brought in a bunch of people who aren’t in the club with
him.

Now we’re seeing what the pros do when amateurs try to walk in on
them. They spy on them, they investigate them and they send them to
jail. They use the tools of power to bring them down.

That’s not a free country.

It’s not a free country when FBI agents who support Hillary take out
an ‘insurance policy’ against Trump winning the election. It’s not a
free country when Obama officials engage in massive unmasking of the
opposition. It’s not a free country when the media responds to the
other guy winning by trying to ban the conservative media that
supported him from social media. It’s not a free country when all of
the above collude together to overturn an election because the guy who wasn’t supposed to win did.

Have no doubt, we’re in a civil war between conservative volunteer
government and a leftist Democrat professional government.

Three statewide races in Florida are headed to a recount and all depend on results from a county whose supervisor of elections has a history of losing ballots and breaking laws by allowing illegal immigrants and felons to vote, as well as illegally destroying ballots.

Broward County supervisor of elections Brenda Snipes’ office has admitted “they don’t know” how many ballots there are still to count.
Snipes’ latest failure to finalize Tuesday’s election returns days after the polls closed is also in violation of  Florida law, which requires elections officials to “report all early voting and all tabulated vote-by-mail results to the Department of State within 30 minutes after the polls close. Thereafter, the canvassing board shall report, with the exception of provisional ballot results, updated precinct election results to the department at least every 45 minutes until all results are completely reported.”
This should alarm anyone hoping for fair and accurate election returns, as Snipes’ history in Broward is checkered with numerous examples of facilitating illegal voting practices.
In 2017, Dr. Snipes admitted in court that her office had allowed non-citizens and felons to vote and was particularly vulnerable ahead of major elections.
In 2012, a Broward elections official complained about Snipes tendency to “find” additional ballots in close elections. Ilene Lieberman, a Broward County Commissioner and Canvassing board member, told the Miami CBS affiliate in 2012, “When the canvassing board recessed on Saturday we were basically told there were between 150 and 165 ballots remained to be counted, that they had to double check, that they hadn’t been counted before. And when we came back on Monday the report showed 963 new ballots.”
Snipes also presided over a “phantom voting district” of 2000 voters who were using illegal addresses, many of them at a UPS Store, claimed as their places of residence.
Republican Party officials sued Snipes’ office in 2016 over the illegal counting of 180,000 mail in ballots, she admitted that she didn’t know the meaning of the word “canvassing.” Snipes’ office had been opening ballots illegally, without the legally required participation of other members of the canvasing board.
But Snipes hasn’t just been accused of malfeasance from Republicans.
A 2016 Democratic Congressional candidate, Tim Canova, challenged the results of his loss to Debbie Wasserman-Schultz in court, only to have Snipes’ office  illegally destroy the ballots, preventing additional inspection.
Medical Marijuana backers NORML sued Snipes office in 2016 after the constitutional initiative to decriminalize marijuana was left off of some Broward County ballots. Lawyer John Morgan, who endorsed Andrew Gillum in this year’s Governor’s race, accused Snipes of doing it intentionally.
Morgain marveled, “Broward County was our best county last time. And I don’t believe in accidents.”
Snipes was originally appointed to her office by Republican Governor Jeb Bush in 2003, after her predecessor was removed from office for gross mismanagement. A former school administrator and principal, Snipes won election in 2004 and has been successfully been re-elected by Broward County voters every four years, most recently in a 2016 primary, where she received 76% of the 122,782 votes cast.
Even that electoral win was not without controversy, however, as Snipes office inadvertently released the results of the elections 30 minutes before polls officially closed.
According to Florida law, “Any supervisor of elections, deputy supervisor of elections, canvassing board member, election board member, or election employee who releases the results of any election prior to the closing of the polls in that county on election day commits a felony of the third degree.”
Despite the Florida Secretary of State asking the Broward County Sherriff and State Attorney for an investigation, like other election-related crimes in Broward County, however, that also went unpunished
